30 Minimalist Challenge

In this week’s video, I talk about the 30 Minimalist Challenge going on in my 30 Day Health Challenge for Women group on Facebook. On Day 1, you get rid of one item. On Day 2, you get rid of two items. By Day 30, you have to find 30 items to get rid of.

Our spaces are a reflection of what’s going on in our heads and hearts, so looking at your space to see what’s going on can be a great move toward self-awareness and ultimately transformation.

I’ve mentioned the Circle of Life tool several times. It’s a way for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches to help clients identify areas of primary food that may be negatively impacting their health.
