Two weeks ago, I talked about how adding fruits and vegetables to your diet can not only add nutrients to your diet but also decrease your grocery budget. Last week, I talked about how correcting our portions can allow us to increase the quality of our ingredients without increasing our grocery budget.

This week, I talked about tips to eat at home more without killing yourself in the kitchen. Eating home cooked food is much healthier than eating out, but we all live busy lives, so being able to eat home cooked food without spending all day every day in the kitchen is important.
